Q. When accessing DTS, the page doesn't load and it just hangs!



Q. I can't send attachments through the Enterprise Email! HELP!!






Q. I want digitally sign a document that xyz sent me. How do I do that?


A. Make sure that you have the latest java installed. You can download it directly by clicking here. When its updated you'll need to close the broswer and reopen it.


A. To be able to send attachments, just reset your broswer and you'll be good to go. To do that, go to:
The Gear on the top right corner of the web broswer > Internet Options > click on the advanced tab > and click on the "reset" button. close out the email page and reopen and you're back in business!
